Anybody got any advice on what to do in Arkhangelsk. Visiting in July this year. I have been to Murmansk and suspect it will be a similiar city. Is that a fair assumption?

Clanger, Read up on the Solovetsky(?) Monastery. Former Gulag out on the islands. That's a trip you can make whilst there. Regards UsualSuspect
