I want to do a horse trek in the Altay Republic in July. I want to organize the trip myself - I can speak Russian. Can you recommend: 1.) The best areas to go on a 4-5 day hard trek in the mountains, with as few other travellers as possible and 2.) A good guide/tour company in the area or Novosibirsk who could organise horses/guides etc for me. there will be about four of us. Thanks very much.
