Will I have to use a "German" Visa Application form (cause I'm German) or will they provide me a general application form at the consulate? Thanks for your help Duderino

They will provide you with their own visa application form. Each embassy has their own forms and rules for visa applications and they apply for all nationalities who choose to apply at that particular embassy. If they say they can't process your application as a German citizen, then they can't. You probably will have problems if the forms are only in Thai/Russian. Then again, there are a lots of tourists in Bangkok, I doubt you will have a problem.
