Hi,

I want to get my visa for Russia in Bangkok.
Will I have to use a "German" Visa Application form (cause I'm German) or will they provide me a general application form at the consulate?

Thanks for your help

Go over to the embassy and ask them direct. They will provide you with their own visa application form. Each embassy has their own forms and rules for visa applications and they apply for all nationalities who choose to apply at that particular embassy. If they say they can't process your application as a German citizen, then they can't. You probably will have problems if the forms are only in Thai/Russian. Then again, there are a lots of tourists in Bangkok, I doubt you will have a problem.

As far as I know Germans can apply for a Russian visa in other countries only if they have residency there, so you'll need to bring something that proves it.
