Hey! I'm from Moscow, bur live in California. For ages I've been trying to call my girlfriends in Russia on their cell phones, but its not working. I even e-mailed Bee-Line info center but did not get an answer. Does anyone know how to dial it right? Its a Bee-Line number starting with 895 and seven more digits.
I've tried 011-7-095-and a number ; or 011-7-895-and a number but no luck! HELP!!!

You only need the country code then the number ie: +7 XXX XXX XXXX where + represents what you need to dial international and XXX XXX XXXX is the 10 digit mobile number. Out of curiousity, how much does a call to a mobile cost you? I use skype ( www.skype.com ) for calling my missus on her mobile and it costs 7c US per minute. Have no problems with this but have had problems using phone cards to ring mobiles in the past.

Thank you kiwiguy_os, but it does not work
That is how I've been dialing in the first place! And its definaty BeeLine. Maybe I'm just retarded. As far as the cost goes, I just use my long distance carrier.

2Yanka
you should dial +7 then 895 - code of bee-line federal number in Moscow, then number - 7 digits.

in response to kiwiguy_os's question:
I buy the 5-dollar 3357 American phone card (it's a yellow piece of paper, you can buy it at many Deli stores in New York) -- it's really cheap. Something like 10 cents for connection and 1 cent per minute. I called people on their cell numbers in St. Petersburg (you dial it just like you would dial a home number) and it charged me the same thing. It says in the disclaimer that calls to cell phones are extra, but it did not charge me any extra. Maybe if the dialing insturctions are cell-phone specific, it would charge more.

Try 011 7 903 --- -- -- as Beeline's federal number area code is 903, and most people use that as opposed to the more expensive 095 Beeline Moscow number.
