Hello everybody!
I have a question and I would be very grateful if someone could help me. My friend is writing article about social support during communism and asked me about control of apartments during that period. I've found some informations but still don't know what was the name of the collectives that met in apartments and made decisions (there were also Communist Party spies that attended). I know a bit about how it functioned but what was their name?

| I think you need to be more specific on the time period and what events you are talking about. Russia lived under communism for 70 years. Those 70 years can be divided into many different periods when different things were happening. |
