What address should I place on the Migration Card if I am travelling on a Business Visa issued by a company but I am staying in a private apartment in Oryol? Do I use the address of the company that issued my letter of invitation or the address of my apartment?

Thanks!

Hi, the invitation (visa support) that you got from the company has a name of a hotel that was reserved for you. You should put this hotel and its address in the migration card. If you don't know it, ask the company that issued your visa support. If you don't have time to ask, put the name of the company and their address in Russia (+ phone #, etc.) and if there are any questions at the border, say it's them arranging your travel and all inquiries should be addressed to them (having a phone number is helpful).

Hope this helps, tell us how it goes.

Thanks for your assistance.

One more question: I will only be in Moscow for a matter of hours. No overnight stay. I don't have a hotel in Moscow. Should I put the address of the agency that issued the letter of invitation on the Migration Card anyway?

Again, I won't be staying in Moscow at all.

Thank you for your fine service.

You should either put a hotel where you will be staying (even if it's not in Moscow) or the agency's details. In any case, I advise you to contact them directly to verify this information.
