Moscow - Novosibirsk -Irkutsk - Ulan-Ude - Ulan-Bataar - Beijing
Question Tickets Reservation Reply

Hi,

I have maden a reservation on the 6th of July, for two persons, through this site (from the email carlarebelo@sapo.pt), and till now I've got no confimation yet!! And as you say, I should have it in 24 hours...

I have called to your services several times (ext. 4231), have insisted to get an urgent answer, however nothing yet...

Please, let me know what I should do.
Today is 19th of July and I have flight to Moscow on the next 3rd of August...

Sorry, but it didn't work as well.
I have tried many times.
I have tried right now again. I dial the extension which is indicated on the site and nothing happens... and the call goes down...

That's why I am worried...

Yes, those contacts you have sent me are the ones I got and I have tried to contact... without any answer.

I understand your position but this kind of things shouldn't happen. Gives you (your services) a bad image.

Your site (way to Russia) seems to me very good. But it's bad when some services break our expectations. For example this one, regarding the tickets reservation (they promise an answer in 24h!!!; I am waiting since 6th of July!!!).

If you can get a clue in order I can solve this problem, even later or tomorrow, please, let me know.

Try sending user WayToRussia a private message regarding your problem. While he may not be able to tend to your problem, this may serve as useful feedback in improving future services.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I hope you will be able to find another service. You can post your specific questions in the Trans-Siberian section of this forum and wait for someone to answer.
