He is a thread dedicated to Dmitri.

How many people have used WTR services to visit Russia. (I mean spending actual dollars). If not, why not and the reason why you choose to use a different service?

Second, what services do you think is missing from this site that you are willing use or pay for?

Third, outside the forum, how do you find the information presented.

Myself, I have tried in the past, but I could not get a quick response from Infinity, because I had to get a flight fast. Visa support was already give to me by the hotel (Package deal). I glad use the services in the future.

Services I would like is to book hotels and not just apartments.

As for many online services, i guess many visitors will be reluctant to actually use them, or only do so after they get a bit 'trusted' with them. You can expect any potential customer to 'shop around' a bit, asking for advice in several places.
For a 'complicated' service like visa support, i think quality does pay after all. If people are provided with good information, are given accurate and prompt responses they may stick with the company for future requests.

About me: I live on walking distance from a Russian consulate and have only travelled on private visa..
