Just wondering. I got my visa support from here and found an apartment in St. Petersburg. I will be there from June 2 to June 5 (so over a weekend).

I assume that this means I still have to register, but do I go to the place listed on this site:

Address: #78, Nevsky Porspect
(Metro station Mayakovskaya or Nevsky Prospekt)

Does anyone know how long I will need to get this done? I will be arriving around 14:00 on the Friday and leaving around 14:00 on Monday, so if they are closed on the weekends it could be tight!

The apartment company said that for 30Euro they could help with registration, but is this possible?

Thanks

It's a simple process and you should be able to do it when you arrive, or on the saturday too. Usually the place where you rent will have a connection and they will take you to a hotel that will stamp your migration card etc. But no worries you won't have any problems. I just got back a week ago. A weekend isn't enough time there.

Yeah, I know that a weekend isn't enough, but I have been to St. Petersburg previously ... in November 2004, so Im seeing it in summer Smile

Thanks for the info. I'm sure it will be fine! Just wondering if on the arrival card, I write down the hotel name used for the visa support or the actual address I am staying at?

Oh, I just got a message from the apartment rental company! Apparently I will not need to register as I will not be staying for more than 3 working days. That sounds better!
