My husband is now a dual citizen of US and Russia. He just recently achieved US citizenship. What is the BEST way for him to travel to Russia from his home in the States? Both of his passports are valid and will remain valid for the length of his stay in Russia.

He must travel to Russia on his Russian passport; a Rusian citizen can not be issued a visa for another passport. He should take both passports and use the US passport to re-enter the US. He won't need any visas or have any trouble. My daughter traveled to Russia this way last year.
