I want to get a sense of how far $10 USD will go in Chelyabinsk. So, what can I buy in Chelyabinsk for ~260 rubles? Please tell me what food I could buy at the supermarket, food at a restaurant, clothing, entertainment (e.g. movie tickets, live theatre tickets, CD's), computer equipment, etc. Thank you.
