Hi
I've got a flight in to Domodedovo airport from manchester and will be arriving in the early morning.
From maps i have looked at it appears the other side of moscow, and as this is the first time i've traveled solo, let alone to russia, would anyone be able to give me a step by step guide to getting from a to b.
It would be greatly appreciated.
Can i have an idea of cost as well please.

Cheers
The Hat xxx

Much easier to get into Moscow from Domodedovo than from SVO...

The easiest way will be to take the train from Domodedovo to Pavelyetski Vokzal and the Pavelyetskaya metro station (see link in previous post). Unfortunately there are two metro stations with the name Smolenskaya, one on the light blue the other on the dark blue metro line, so you'll have to be sure which one you need and proceed accordingly. Either is reached by taking the circle (brown) line arount to Kievskaya, transfering to the appropriate blue line and going one stop further. See http://www.waytorussia.net/Moscow/MetroMap.html.

Assuming you do not have more luggage than you can tote on the metro, this will be very easy and cost only a few pounds.
