| Hello everybody! I have sent my invitation to my friend in the USA by normal post, but he hasn't received it yet, though he was planning to visit Russia soon. I think I should send him a scanned copy of the invitation by email. Is a scanned copy of invitation valid for Russian Embassy in the USA? Advance thanks... |
