| Hello everybody! I have sent my invitation to my friend in the USA by normal post, but he hasn't received it yet, though he was planning to visit Russia soon. I think I should send him a scanned copy of the invitation by email. Is a scanned copy of invitation valid for Russian Embassy in the USA? Advance thanks... |

| I'm afraid not. But you can certainly try. In any case, if it doesn't work out, he can always make himself a tourist visa support and travel to Russia without any problems. |
