I have a GSM phone which can also do data (GPRS, et.al) and it is unlocked. What carriers in St Pete have data offerings? And how does this work -- do they charge by the amount of data used or are there flat rate offerings?

At least MTS and Beeline offer GPRS, most likely Megafon do too. They charge by amount. Btw it's 900/1800. |
