Hi,
I will be travelling to Volgograd, but first must fly to Moscow Domodedovo Airport and take the Aeroexpress train links Paveletsky station and from there catch a train to Volgograd. I have a full day between when I arrive in the airport in Moscow and when the train leaves for Volgograd. Can I store my luggage in the Train Station in a locker, check out Moscow for a few hours, and then pick up my luggage and catch the train in the evening? Is this a safe thing to do? Thanks. |

| Yes, it's safe and you can do it at Paveletsky station in Moscow. Just make sure they don't have a break when you plan to come back to pick up the bags -- they have a few during the day and night. There's no self-serving lockers because of possible terrorist threat (like in London). |
