"The Rail Walker", I guess is how I'd traslate the name to English. I just saw this on DVD, it's AWESOME!
The movie begins when three guys rob a bank in Moscow. They plan to escape through a deserted section of the Moscow Metro. Then, some thing goes wrong and they have to take three hostages, a policeman among them. The other two, are cassier girls, Katya and Olya.
Then, as they get down into the deserted tunnels, they find Splint, the guy who was supposed to meet them there, dead, his eyes missing. Then a creature, the Rail Walker, (so-called, apparently, because he lives in the booth of the Rail Walker, the person who patrolls the Metro rails, making sure everything is alright), and, it seems, has lived underground, and roamed these deserted tunnels, for years before, starts hunting them, one by one, killing them, with a pickaxe, and ripping their eyes out with that instrument of his. He also has a flamethrower, but he only uses that in the end, when he is fighting Grom one on one. Eventually, only Grom, the leader of the gang, whom I like, because he's a former Morpeh, just like me, and one of the girls are left alive. They are the only one who manage to escape. I won't tell you how, you need to see the movie! It's like "See No Evil", but with a Russia twist! Waaaaaaaaaay scarier!

I think they should make some export copies with English subtitles. Probably will. The one I saw, had Ukrainian subtitles.. lol Because it was taped off Ukrainian television! Those Russian, Ukrainian DVD pirates! hehe
