hello people , i wonder if anyone can help , i have been with my beautiful moscovite princess for over a year and i live in tenerife canaries. i am going through a divorce but we want to be together and eventually marry , well we did everything we got told to do , opened her a bank account , medical insurance we got official papers to say we are a couple her name is on the rent agreement for the apartment we registered with the local council i issued all my papers and a copy of my indefinate contract. wow all was going great , i even sent a copy of an invitation letter to show that she would not need social security i was going to subsidise her in every way until we could legally marry. we got told that we had everything we needed but because of shenghen visa 90 day she needed to go to moscow to the spanish embassy and get the papers stamped , oh dont worry we got told you have everything you need....when you go there it will be 20 mins three stamps and return home....ok 650 euros and a return ticket she went on the friday and on the monday i had a poor girl in sobs of tears like a baby it broke my heart she is not allowed back here till 18 january 08 thats 4 months living on her mothers sofa without heating and i am sending money to her to keep her going. there are 27000 illegals on this island alone and we wnated to do everything properly we want to mary and have a family we are adults and we are being treated like animals with no respect for our human rights ,,,,please anyone help ....it is driving us both crazy and nobody here even in the foreign office can help us or offer any advice it is ludicrous just because she is russian. we dont even know who we can ask anymore. if you are reading this letter please know it is not a joke mail it is a real genuine letter asking for help .

Sorry to be the asshole, but first your word about marrying her is not taken at full value. You cannot marry her at this time and the government is suspicious of all the scammers and prostitutes that have come from Russia. It is big business. Trafficing humans is huge and the government really cannot determine your intention versus someone that is less than pleasant. Plus some many Russians girls have screwed over people in other countries. I know one particular lady that had marriage proposals at many different countries and these men were paying everything also. How many Russian ladies are forced into prostitution in Turkey or other countries?

Every dirty, shitty, scamming , devious person who screws over someone else whether Russian or other, creates life of hell for the others. The rules are met for the protection of the people in both countries. Although your intention is well, many others have abused and harmed others. The costs do not over weigh the benefits. Ask some of the ladies who were forced to do unspeakable things in Turkey or men who were scammed out of 10,000s or more.

It is only a month away.

thanks for the moral support paul...i do understand all the crap and i feel desparatly sorry for russian ladies and anyone else for that matter i just want me and my beautiful princess to be together happy until we can marry there must be a legal way to do it

Unfortunately, too many have abused the system in order to make short gain.
In the USA, Russian women come over here and leave their job and family, quickly find out the man is not what he suppose to be. They quickly divorce and she has to go back, but there is nothing there and she is now poverty stricken. There are men who suck these women into prostitution and such. There was one creep who tried something like that here on this forum.

In the USA, if a Russian woman claims spousal abuse(many times it is a set up from the beginning and completely false) and then divorces, immigration has a policy to leave it be and give her a green card and let things happen. She will take her husband to the cleaners and he will have to give her substancial portion of his assets. She has profited and has her green card and soon her citizenship. The man is left poorer and bitter.

There are professional organizations who train these women to be successful scammers, golddiggers, and swindlers. There are professional organzations who understand how to draw innocent women from less the pleasant areas and force them into prostitution.

My suggestion is this, take her on a vacation to a nice place while you wait. If her family is poor, then maybe it better thing that you still help her and her family.

You may be an honest man and she maybe an honest lady, but even liars and scoundrels say they are honest and good people.
