hello every one we have plans to travel from india to beijing and from beijing to irkutsk and back to beijing .do we need a mongolian visa if we dont take a stop in ulan battur . and about the invition to get a russian visa i heard i should have special invitation if we are travelling directly to irkutsk where could i get this special invitation . please help me i have plans to travel on march 1st.

Yes, you need a transit visa for Mongolia most likely. Unless you are from a country that is visa free.
A simple search on the forums or the internet will answer your Russian visa question |
