When does 'unusually cold' become the 'new normal'? |
We are having weird weather here in my state. One week it is 70 degrees then the next week it is below 0 degrees outside. We are suppose to get a big snow within the next week. Maybe a foot of snow. I hope we do. I love snow. My Russian friend laughs at me about the snow here in KY. She said that this is nothing compared to Russia and Siberia. I could live in Siberia. I wouldn't mine the snow. Make snow angels. I bet the birth rate is high in Siberia, there is nothing to do there, but stay in bed covered up in blankets all day. |

Sobering news. Although, in "European" Russia, winter conditions up until recent weeks had been unusually warm....... |
