Hello again,
I'm currently travelling in Australia since September 07 and gonna stay here till June, heading to Beijing and doing the Transsib to Moscow. So my only opportunity to get a russian visa is to apply here in Australia. I just read that there are some complications with Germans applying for a russian visa abroad, but it should be alright if they got a permit to stay in that foreign country.
So I've got a Working Holiday Visa, which is valid for 1 year - does that mean that I'm entitled to apply for a russian visa here in Australia? Would be really awesome if somebody could help me!
And furthermore, do you know if there are still some complications with the consulate in Sydney? Should I better aply in Canberra or is Sydney alright? Would be way easier for me... |
