Dear people at waytorussia, dear travellers,
Can you please help me to get some information about homestay possibilities at the Eastern shore of lake baikal. Namely in the villages Gremyachinsk and Goryachinsk. I will travel there in early July and want to stay with local people. Do you have any contact information? Has anybody reached the Gurov family?
Best,
Theresa |

| Why don't you try couchsurfing.com. Some locals are nice enough to let you stay with them for a short period for free. |

I live in Ulan-Ude. I II try to help you to find homestays in these places.
How to to get to Buryatia and if you have not booked a hotel, it is possible to find as well your homestay in Ulan-Ude. Any ideas? Feel free to keep in touch .
Good luck! |

Hey guys!
Thanks a lot for your replies! Good to find people who know a little bit more than I.
So if there's anybody with further information about Baikal's Eastern Shore, I'm always glad to hear...
Cheers,
Theresa |
