atinwai Just Starting Joined: 25 Nov 2008 Posts: 1	Posted: Tue Nov 25, 2008 8:42 pm    Post subject: Hong Kong Citizen to apply Russian Visa in EU Countries I'm a Hong Kong Citizen and traveling in Europe currently. My next destinations will be Bulgaria, Czech, Germany (Berlin to be precise) and Poland. My last part of this trip will be Trans-Siberian Railway from Moscow to Beijing. I've heard that EU citizens can only apply Russian visa in their own country with citizenship. Anyone knows does the same apply to Hong Kong citizen? Or which Russian embassy of my future stops would be more likely to handle my application? Thanks!!
