DariaI Just Starting Joined: 19 Jul 2009 Posts: 1	Posted: Sun Jul 19, 2009 10:19 am    Post subject: appatment in St. Petersburg, short and long term rent The 1 room studio apartment is situated on Vasilievskiy Island, Morskay embankment 35-6, near Gulf of Finland, 20 minutes drive by public bus from Hermitage and 10 minutes from Lenexpo - the biggest exhibition centre in St. Petersburg. Pribaltiyskaya Park Inn with aqua park is in 10 minutes walking distance The area near apartment has many restaurants and shops, Primoskaya metro station is in 15 minutes walking distance. The house was built in year 2006 and equipped with all facilities. The apartment is situated on the 11th floor (15 floor building). Total square is 50 meters. Bedroom room with two single beds and wardrobe is 18 m2 and the kitchen-living room is 16m2. The apartment has big balcony - 6m2. There are fully furnished kitchen with big sofa in the apartment. The rent for 1 person in the case it is rented for 2 - 430 euro. Internet is included in the price.I am the owner and there are no extra charges
