| i went to russia last summer and didnt see any movie theaters. there are theaters, right? how much do they cost (to see a movie)? i am going again this summer. |

| there are lots of movie theaters, at least in St Petersburg where I was just a week ago. I would say there is at least a dozen of them on Nevsky Prospect (main avenue of the city). |

| www.afisha.ru has a list of practically every movie theatre in Moscow. Out of all of them, I know of two that regularly show movies in English. That's Dome Cinema (adjacent to the Renaissance Hotel on Olympisky Prospect) and American Cinema (inside the Radisson at Kievskaya metro). |
