This is a rather stupid question. If you want anyone to give you some information on this person/actress, you will have to give lots more information, especially because you are looking for her in a city of 12-15 million people.. 'Anjela' is a very common name...

About your question about seeking an actress from Moscow. I tried using Google.com but I didn't get anything but I will keep searching for you. However my wife is from Russia. She migrated a year ago. If this woman is well known she might have heard of her. I will try to see if she knows anything, ok?
