Why no answer on my hotel request?

So, I posted a hotel request on Monday evening. No answer Tuesday, so I put a query into the support area on Wednesday. Still no answer, so I put another comment in on Thursday. What's up? Is it shut down? Maybe I should just find another hotel outside of WTR? (Request ID LEM-652224) p.s. I'm using Russian time for Wednesday etc, because I am currently in St Petersburg.

If you can find another site that they take bookings through, then use that. Otherwise, you could try another option at hotels.waytorussia.net.

I've even tried their own email, from their website, with no response. Maybe we will phone them.
