Does anyone know how is the tariff calculated for importing a used car. I found some info that it is based on the engine displacement, but I am not sure of the current regulations. Is there a web site for this info? How about one in English? Are there any special requirements for registering the car in Russia? How long can you drive a foreign registered car?. Do you know, if it is allowed for a Russian to drive a car with foreign register plates without paying the tax?
