Does anybody know if you can travel from St Petersburg to Tallinn by train and take a bicycle? Alternatively, is it possible to take a bike on a bus?

Taking the Eurolines Bus from St. Petersburg to Tallinn is the easiest way. The buses run frequently with typically five departure times of your choice.

You can dismantle the wheels of the bicycle and compact it all together and load it boxed up. There shouldn't be any problems fitting the bike this way into the baggage compartment down below.
