We are sourcing for a company supplying digital media to Russian companies and are willing to set up a Russian Company for this purpose. I have heard of Roms and Fair selling licenses to allofmp3.com and their clones. We wish to follow a fully legal route and we do not wish to compete with them rather we are looking for purchasing a turnkey solution and establish a cooperation with the purpose of targeting the market with a Scandinavian profile. We have tried to enter into agreement with established players in Europe such as InProdicon, MusicNet, and LoudEye OD2 but they are only interested in working with big companies. Nokia and SonyEricsson are now betting high on this market and it would be a pity to let them take all of the profits from this. Currently there are very high barriers to entry into this market and we are hoping that we can find a partner in Russia for this venture.
