Maybe if you don't mind traveling in metro, you could go along the circle line to Belorusskaya (2 stations) and then change to the green line and go up north to Rechnoy Vokzal. There you can take a shuttle to Sheremetyevo airport. The whole way will take you at least 1 hour, but most likely 1.5 hours.
