Do businesses close on Election Day so employees can vote whenever they want to, on that day? Or do employees vote during lunch break, leave work early to vote or vote before they go to work? I see March 2 is on Sunday.

Elections are always on Sundays, so it's not a problem for most of people. Those who works 8:00-20:00 even on Sunday can vote in nearby polling station if they take some papers beforehand.
