Greetings to all of You

Having really great site. For hours i have been reading documentation
you provided about visas, registering, getting them, using and so. But,
at the end, again i came to same sad thing.
Problem is, im from Serbia. Our two countries has a lot of special agreements
about lot of things, and visas also. My visa was made at our own serbian
ministry of internal affairs (simply-police).All about it was nice, i bought
plane ticket, came to moscow, people stamped it, everything was normal.
Problems begun when i tried to have my migration card stamped. In all the offices i went, i could hear same old thing "We dont make registration for this visa".
I have red on your site, that normal thing is to have invitation letter from a company registered in Moscow. Again Serbia is unique. Here they ask papers
about what serbian company is sending me to Moscow, in order to get visa.
Of caurse, those papers worthed nothing when i tried to register. Ihad all needed, letter from land-lore, small paper i payed water, electricity and other living taxes.
So i had to come back to Belgrade.
Does anyone knows, please, what to do in this strange situation ?
I was in Moscow 2 weeks, without registration. At the customs at airport,
people at uniforms just looked at me strange when were stamping my
passport. They didnt charge me nothing for not having unregistrated migration card.Im very grateful for that.
Please, help me somehow to stay legaly in Moscow :)
