Oh yes... are there heck as like!!! And it's just as well!!! Just look up the British Consulate in Russia and go to their visa section... they're on the net and (if you're in Moscow) you can find them near to the metro stop Smolenskaya... but get there at about 7am to beat the queues... Alot of visa applications get rejected for unmarried partners, or tourists... and the rules in the UK are about to get tougher on marriages that occur where a foreigner is concerned... so if you're not already married I would suggest that doing it in Russia is your best bet... You need various documents before leaving the UK if you intend to marry in Russia... speak to your local superintendent of births, marriages and deaths at least 60 days before you leave the UK...
