Im making two trips to both Moscow and Novosibirsk with the largest amount of time spent in Novosibirsk. I own a Nokia unlocked cell phone. Could someone advise me as to the cell phone sevice in the areas - can I buy Sims for the areas - can some one please advise me on this issue... Thanks
