It has been recommended to me that I get a Hep A shot prior to visiting Moscow. Anyone else hear the same

Hi, I'm living in Moscow an haven't heard that we need this injection. However, during the summer time, when the fruits from South are appearing in the shops, there are always talks about several people who got ill.
