I am a german pastor living for one year in estonia. now I want to visit st. petersburg. where can I get the visum? only in germany or also in the russian embassy in tallinn? and what are good possibilities to go there? by bus?

You should contact the Russian consulate to see about obtaining your visa while you are in Estonia. I think you can travel from Talinn to St. Petersburg by boat, but I'm not sure how to go about booking passage.

Hallo, du kannst dein Visum bei jeder russischen Botschaft beantragen! Von Tallinn fдhrt im ьbrigen auch tдglich ein Bus nach Pskov, von dort gibts dann auch wieder tдglich einen Zug nach St.Petrsburg! Gute Reise, Stefan
