Even though we try to communicate to all our advertisers the idea that they should reply within 24 hours at least, it doesn't always work. Unfortunately, we can't control that, as we are in no way connected to their customer support. The only thing I can do is to contact the owner of the bed & breakfast you contacted and forward him your message on this board, so that they take appropriate steps to resolve this matter.
