How do I know my information is safe to enter in with the verisign security icon or some other form of secured content on this site? I would love to use your services to get my Russian travel visa but just don't trust the Internet without the proper security.

I tried calling the 1866 number twice and was disconnected both times...

can anyone help, please?

You will see in the waytorussia visa support application that one of the methods of paying for your visa invitation is by credit card via secure server online, with immediate processing.

If you're on a PC (not a Mac) you can put your cursor next to the field (not actually in it) where you enter your personal/confidential info, then right-click on the mouse. From the list the comes up choose Properties. Look at the connection it should say 128 bit encryption. This is the industry standard for banking/financial sites. I did that on this site before ordering visa support for my family, and found that it was indeed 128 bit encryption. Hope this is helpful.
