if i come to moscow on your visa support and go to novosibirsk and then khabarovsk and vladivostok do i need to see the ovir every time ? in each city and if i stay in hotel can they do it for me ?

You need to go to OVIR in each city where you stay longer than 3 business days. If the agency has an office in the city you're in, you can go to the agency and ask them to register your visa (a list is available here: http://waytorussia.net/RussianVisa/Registration.html ). If you stay in a hotel, they will normally register your visa for you, so you don't have to go to OVIR.
