In Indonesia, there's most beautiful art from Russia where I can enjoy, from the musics, painting and collaborating in military academies. Since Indonesian got their independence from the Japanese NAZI, Soviet Russia take action to support Indonesian in military devices. that's good, and be the part of Indonesian history.

He was a dictator, but aside from that I don't think he was repressive or anything. The US had tenuous ties with Suharto but I believe they were broken off at one time for some reason (not diplomatically, but "friendly" wise).

small correction: indonesia used to be a dutch colony
