Does anyone know witch universitys witch offer this i St.Petersburg? And maybe know who to contact, if I want to get information about the subjects they offer there...

I actually studied this subject in this university for a couple of years many years ago. Here is their web site (does not haveall of the information, unfortunately): http://www.spbstu.ru/english/index.html There are several other universities in St Petersburg that offer this kind of program, but Polytechnic is one of the best (if not the best) in this field.
