"If you have any questions about the apartments or need help with the reservation process, please feel free to contact the operator Debra Ltd customer support team (24 h) at the telephones (+7 095) 755-7078 or (+7 095) 755-7079" I have been trying these phone numbers and no one answers? Can someone help me contact Debra Ltd or do I have to wait for the email? I prefer to speak with someone if you know what I mean, Thanks!!!!!

We will work on it in order to improve the Support service. We had some technical problems several days ago and now it seems to be ok.
