I saw a couple black guys from Nigeria painting the facade of the Winter Palace (State Hermitage), didn't ask how much they were getting for that though

Make a search on Google on local travel agencies and offer them your services. You could be working with clients, etc.

Try http://www.visarus.co.uk for ideas. There's a list of schools in Russia and one or two job adverts. I know that there is definitely one advert for a school in St. Petersburg at the moment.
