I just need to get tested then im off for my visa run, does anyone know of any good places where i can do such a test here in Moscow... Also how long do i have to wait to get the result back..I leave on the 24th of next month...

I myself have to get one soon, but I've heard the authorities aren't keen on tests over a month old taken outside of Russia, so I'm waiting to get mine until early August (and crossing my fingers! Just kidding... ). I know there are American-style clinics in Moscow that offer this, but Muscovites can offer better advice. I won't have ever been in town until late August.

Theres one such place in Prospect Mira here i just have to try and find it.... All this bloody paper work for a visa and money wasted and all i want to do is teach russians very bad englsih hey they should be paying me to stay here.... I'll talk this over with Vlad Putin next time i have lunch with him....
