I was looking on your page about apartment. I saw Tverskaya Suit #69. Is this a good location for night life and other interessting points? Is this apartment on a silent place or on a big loud street down?
We are two person, we arrive on 12.6 on Demodevodo airport. We need Airport transfer and stay in Moscow for 4 nights. Then we go to St. Pete. After we come back on 22.6 and need apartment for 4 nights again. What for a price you can offer me? Total 8 nights, two time Airport and two invitation for visa? Is this apartment available? Please send me email to fani@gmx.ch.
Thanks

Tverskaya location is the most central it can be in Moscow. All the nightlife and entertainment in Moscow is basically centered around Pushkinskaya square and Tverskaya street. The apartments are usually located a few steps away from Tverskaya to make sure it's a quiet and nice place to live. Some apartments may have one or two windows on Tverskaya, but they are usually noise-proof.
The apartment you are writing about is located next to Mayakovskaya metro and is about 5-minute walk from Pushkinskaya square. Also, there's Mayakovskaya square just 1 minute away and there's a great B2 club that has 4 floors with different kind of entertainment, live music, restaurant, and a lot of great coffeeshops, as well as American eateries around. Also, there's a 24-hour supermarket about 5-minute walk away.
As for the price, I can't offer you anything, as I don't deal with apartments. You can see the price on http://apartments.waytorussia.net. Keep in mind that apartments are tightly booked, so it is unlikely you will be offered a discount if you have to break your 8-day stay. |

I don't want deal with you. But we stay totaly 8 nights in Moscow and I think we get the 8 nights price. When when I book online I can't do it in one step, because we make a break in the middle. The break is not about the price - it's why we go to St. Petersburg for some days. The apartment is available on this time? Or still rented?
You don't have direct emailadress? Then I can explain why and what else I need.

Ok.
- I need to know how it works with visa confirmation for two persons. I need it from 12.6 - 26.6. Normal it is a fax I think. this fax I need for russian consulat in Switzerland.
- Then I need airport transfer from airport Domodedovo - apartment on 12.6 and back on 26.6. apartment - airport.
- And then I need the apartment Tverskaya Suite (#69) from 12.6 - 16.6 (4 nights) and from 22.6. - 26.6. (4 nights)
What is the total price for all.
Best regards, Patrik |

1) order online, $30 it is ready next day, $45 - sent to you in a few working hours, if you pay online with a credit card -- http://waytorussia.net/Services/VisaSupport/Tourist.html
2) Transfer there - $35 US, transfer back - $30 US, includes 1 hour of the driver waiting for you at the airport if your flight is late, doesn't include parking charges (usually about $2). http://waytorussia.net/Services/Car/TransfersMoscow.html
3) Tverskaya apartment price is $85 US per night, total $680 US for 8 nights. It might be the case that this apartment is rented out for long-term, so in this case the agents will offer you a similar quality and location for a similar price. |

Thanks for your answer.
1. When we order the Visa support online, we get a fax or an email?
2. Airport transfer is ok. I know all what I need.
3. Why you calculate the price for apartment with 85$? For 8 nights its just 70$?
4. When you know if the apartment is free or not?
5. What I must pay now when I order this apartment online? 1st night or? Is it a safety connection to pay with card? I don't like it over internet.
6. Where is your office in Moscow? In the center? Do you have an adress and phone no. from your company? I like to have a direkt adress.
7. Is it possible to take our luaggage in your office for some hours before we take the train to St. Pete?
So, a lot of questions. Thanks

Patrick, all the answers to these questions are given on the apartments site, that's why I was not answering so long. However, I'll try to give you the answers here:
1. You get both fax and email
2. Ok
3. Because that is the price, and if you look at http://apartments.waytorussia.net you will see the most updated prices.
4. I don't know when it's free. You will know when it's free after you submit your request -- the agents will contact you and tell you whether it's free or not and if it is not, they'll propose you other similar options.
5. You should pay for 1 night. At the moment, the landlords are accepting money via transfers, in a few days time our partners RentLine are installing a secure credit card system.
You should not be afraid of the internet, as the credit card regulations are very strict nowadays, and as the connection is secure, nobody can get the number of your card. It is much more probable for somebody to get your card number, for example, when you go into a shop in your home town and pay with a card (which will be imprinted on a cheque).
6. We are currently changing the office location, and anyway, WayToRussia.Net and me are completely different from apartment stuff.
7. No, it's not possible, sorry about that. However, you can always go to the railway station you depart from and leave your luggage there. It will almost not cost you anything. |

Thanks for your answer and sorry that I not look for myself. But in the moment I don't have much time for internet.
Just one question: I ask it the last time about price. On website is written: $70 / night (8 to 14 nights stay) We stay there 8 nights but we must pay 85$ per night. Why? because of break in the middle...?
When you offer me the official price from 70$ then all is ok and I will book this apartment with airport transfer and visa support. |

Patrick, I don't understand why you are SO PERSISTENT in trying to make me give you a price, when I told you a few times I can't do it.
This apartment is operated by a real-estate agency. You can submit your request to them, and maybe they will be able to give you a lower price, I don't know.
I hope this helps, and you will manage to get the lower price. |
