jeffdmartin Just Starting Joined: 21 Apr 2004 Posts: 1 Location: Boulder, Colorado USA	Posted: Wed Apr 21, 2004 8:45 pm    Post subject: Traveling in June/July 2004 Hello: I'm flying into Moscow on June 14th and plan on spending a week or so seeing Moscow and St. Petersburg, before heading south to the Caucasus to do some back-packing and climbing. If anyone is interested in joining me for all or a part of this trip, I welcome an email. I'm flexible, experienced in travel, and generally easy-going.

I plan to see St Petersburg and Moscow, but recently I've had an attack of the nerves thanks to stories about skinheads and how unsafe it is for a single Oriental looking girl to be walking around on her own. My trip is however, in reverse. I'm going to St Petersburg from Helsinki; dates are flexible. From St Petersburg I'll take a train to Moscow. I'm a very easy-going person when it comes to travelling but is there a way to work around this problem, you think?
