I would like to get a 3 month business visa however are leaving Australia in early July. Will the Russain embassy issue a business visa so long in advance? Also I plan to arrive in Irkutsk by train. Will I need a hotel booking? Will I need a return ticket? I intend to fly from Irkutsk to Moscow train onto St Petersburg then train to Helsinki. Cheers, Martin
