Hi! Very Happy
I'm planning to go to russia with a friend in a couple of years we want to get from Moscow or Saint petersburg to Japan or China, we would like to use the trasiberian railway if it isnt too expensive:
what's cheaper: Question
the Trans Siberian to Vladivostok and then getting a ferry to japan (how many days do we need?)
The Trans Siberian to Beijing going through Mongolia ( how many days?)
a Plane from Moscow to Tokyo
a Plane from Moscow to vladivostok and then a ferry/plane to japan
a plane from Moscow to beijing

also i'd like to now if you have any web page talking about the different ferry orions from vladivostok to japan or china

Hi, I don't know what the prices are at the moment, but for the train part:

Moscow - Vladivostok is not less than $250
Moscow - Beijing should be about $300-$350
(all for one way).
