It's not really a tourist destination...nothing interesting to see....if you go, best to go in summer.... It's a 13 hour train journey from Moscow (departing Moscow 7pm and arriving 8am the next morning), or you can fly from Moscow in about an hour...but then you have a 2 hour car journey the other end.......
