Hi everybody,

I think this forum is great, very useful and people are very cooperative. Thanks a lot.

Plugs are different in almost every country. Where can I buy an AC Adapter in spb for my battery charger? Are there adapters for different countries? What about an adapter for Spanish plugs?

Best regards,

Francesc

You can usually find an adaptor set that has plugs for all countries. I am assuming that you are in Spain, so I can't really tell you where to buy one, but they should be available. In the US, any luggage store or electronics store will usually carry them. I would look for good brand names that you recognize. There are cheap adaptors available but they can sometimes damage your camera because they do not convert the electricity correctly.

Russia has the same standard as France, so if Spain has the same as France you don't need anything.

It's better to buy an adaptor in your country, mostly they are sold at train stations and airports. It's hard to find them in Russia. If a sales person doesn't know what standard in Russia is, just tell them you need the same as for France.

Russia uses 220 volts, 50Hz.

Telephone adaptors are very easy to find, and some plugs are also equipped with a socket for American RJ standard.
